1.1 ¿ Cómo puedo conseguir un diseño ?

Muy facil . Solamente tienes que enviar tu talla o medidas y el vestido que has selecionado a la oficina de diseño.

Puedes elegir entre un diseño standard o exclusivo. Despues de haber recibido tu pedido junto con la cuota de reserva , la oficina de ventas le enviará una confirmación con las fechas de inicio y termino del vestido. La oficina de diseño contatara contigo para acordar los detalles del diseño.

Diseño exclusivo : significa que solo hay uno en el mundo. En el momento alguien pide un modelo en exclusivo nosotros lo retiramos de la colección inmediatamente. Naturalmente esto incluye un extra en el coste.

1.2 ¿ Como tengo que hacer el pedido ?

Envia el formulario que encontraras en esta web a la oficina de ventas. Aceptamos pago de cuenta a cuenta y todas las conocidas tarjetas de credito.

1.3 ¿ Que gastos no incluye el precio ?

Basicamente estan incluidos los gastos de desarollo del modelo basico. Todos los gastos adicionales como , desplazamientos de la diseñadora para hacer retoques , gastos de envio , el uso de materiales diferentes , etc... no estan incluidos en los precios indicados.Estos gastos se computaran aparte y en el acto.

Logicamente tampoco va incluido en el precio la opción de elegir un modelo como exclusivo , que lo encarece en un 300%.

1.4 ¿ Cuanto tiempo durura ?

Todo depende del modelo elegido. Algunos diseños necesitan mas tiempo que otros. Generalmente no suele sobrepasar de los 3 meses en el caso del más complicado. Todo dependiendo tambien de la lista de espera.

1. How can I get myself a design ?

This is very easy. Basicaly all it takes is sending your sizes to the design office and the design you selected. You can choose between a standard design or an exclusive design. After receiving your order and the reservation fee our sales office will sent you a confirmation with the starting date and final date when the model will be ready. The design office will contact you to discuss the details of the design.

Exclusive design : this means there will be only 1 in the world. As soon as someone orders an exclusive design it will be taken of the collection inmediatly. The exclusive design option makes sure you are the only one with this design. Of course the includes an extra cost.

2. How do I order ?

Very simple , sent an order form which you can find on this web to the sales office. Whe accept bank to bank payment and all major credit cards.You can find all information on the order page.

3. What is included in the price ?

Basicaly included in the price is the design and the creation of a model. All additional costs as the use of specific materials specified by the customer , sending fee , visiting costs of the designer to make adjustments , etc... are not included. These will be charged as they occur and must be payed in advance. Off course the cost for an exclusive design is not included. The fee for an exclusive design is 300% of the sales prices added.

4. How long does it take to complete the wedding dress ?

This depends on the design you have chosen. Some designs need more work then others. Generally it will take 2 months to complete the model with adjustments included from the moment your order has been accepted.
